I was planning to go, even got a ticket, but have come down with a contagious condition. I don't want to risk spreading it so will have to go another time. Have a great trip, everyone who is going.

BUSHY PARK FIELD TRIP

It was a dry, slightly overcast morning last Friday, 1 November, as nine Network members from three London Clubs - Bromley, South London and Beckenham - gathered at dawn in the Diana Fountain Carpark at Bushy Park. The LNP Network's first field trip was underway. It offered a first chance for members to meet each other face to face, and then get down to capturing the action as alpha Stags competed for females, jackdaws were everywhere and juvenile males practiced antler dueling. A couple of hours later, the sky was clearing and things had settled down, so a quick trip to the coffee shack or the Pheasantry to warm up rounded off a most satisfactory morning's photography. And our thanks to Leigh for creating a video of the event - to check it out, go to https://youtu.be/8jS6PxGEWIE
